You have several options in terms of spell work.

Hi!

I have a question regarding landlords. Mine are very nice people, but it's like pulling teeth to get them to fix anything. They say they'll look at whatever the issue is and it takes weeks and a lot of pushing on my part. Often they'll do a quick fix that doesn't last. Suggestions? I thought about a sugar jar.

A sugar jar is a nice start, to sweeten their relationship to you.

If they're not living up to their end of your rental agreement, you can take a more coercive approach and work with Commanding products. This can help them bend more towards doing what you ask. You can find them here:

Hi all,
I've been reading the information on the forum and in Hoodoo in Theory and Practice on honey/sugar jars to make one to sweeten my landlords. My question has to do with the fact that I don't know my landlords' last names. I have their company name and their first names. For the jar would I put the three first names in separate packets as well as a packet for the company name? Or all together? And will the first names only suffice? Thank you for any helpful words.

Hi annette1114,

I would write the three name papers like "Steve from Landlord, Inc," "Judy from Landlord, Inc," and "Jane from Landlord, Inc," to make it specific that those names point to your landlord's company. If you don't know a full name, you can always write other specifics like the company, their description, etc, i.e. "That blonde trollop sniffing around my man," or "Peggy from the First Mutual Bank."

Hello,

My boyfriend and I just found out that our rental property of 1 year is going up in price by nearly $300. We really love this home and do not want to go through the hassle of moving so soon unexpectedly, as we had planned on staying at least a few years.

I'm going to order some railroad spikes, but is there any recommendation of what we can do with our landlord to prevent him from increasing the rent?

Hi all! I just moved into a house with my boyfriend and 2 other housemates. It's a great old place (over 100 years old in fact!) in an amazing part of town, though the landlord does exactly nothing to take care of it. After I moved in he said something to one of the housemates about should he raise our rent since a new person moved in (I am in fact replacing someone who moved out, so his reasoning to raise it especially during this pandemic is ridiculous!). I put him in a sugar jar with some five finger grass and that seems to have stalled him for now. I'm wondering what would be some good LMCC oils to dress the candles with, should I choose to do so to add some extra "oomph"? Also, I've been burning white, pink, and blue candles on the jar on Fridays for the past month (I ran out of white for a minute and had to improvise) but am curious if y'all have specific suggestions of which color might be best?

There are a couple ways to work this. You could work with Influence products to get your way. Boss Fix would also work well since he is the owner and deciding authority on the house. I am not sure about the color selection you are working with unless you are just using what you have on hand. Pink is usually for love and attraction and blue for spiritual work but you know what? If you are in a tight spot, then use them! I like to use tealights sometimes just for the convenience. Especially if it is on going work. I would work it on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Hello!
I've been renting a house for about 10 years. My landlord and wife are a bit too much, problematic. Every year,they want to raise the rent and continuously want to do walk throughs and always asking who's cars are on front and constantly calling about any small thing. My lease is up for renewal in June 8th. What I want is for him not to raise the rent again but instead lower it and to stop asking to do a walk through all the time, and questioning everything. Will a candle with bend over oil or a commanding oil work? Will a skull be fine or an encased candle? Which will be the best way to go about this? Also, can I use some powders? Thank you!

I suggest Controlling or Do As I Say oil. Bend Over has a bit of degradation to it that might not be whats needed here. You could use a white skull candle for this and carve your command onto the skull. Powders would be good to lay down when you know they are coming over for a walk through. Just lay them down where they are going to step and make sure you blend them in so they are not noticeable.

Hi everyone. Im having problems dealing with my landlord. I moved into my apartment in November last year. It was advertised as fully furnished but when i moved there were some items that were broken or not working. I reported them to the real state and with some (like the tv and clothes dryer) i was told to do this or that and some of their recommendations involved checking electricity cables which makes me a bit nervous. For some of the other repairs they said someone would be contacting me soon. All they did was bring a new micro wave and didnt bother to take the broken one. The rest they didnt replace /fix. When i askd about the dryer they said the last tenant said it was in working condition, i asked if anybody had tested the dryer after the last tenarnt moved out and i got no response. I cant talk directly to the real state everything is done via emal or filling out a form for any repairs. This place has so many issues and is making my depression and anxiety worse but im locked in a 12 month contract. I was homeless before i got this apartment, i was temporarily staying with friends and they need me to move out asap so i took the first place offered to me. I feel so lost as what to do, i dont want to go to the office that looks over these matters because i dont want to make things worse betwen the real state and myself but i do want it to answer to my requests and actually fix/replace whats broken in the apartment. Most of my wage goes toward the rent and the real state only replies when it wants to and is not fixing anything. I feel frustrated. Im totalky lost as what to do and im hoping someone can recommend something. Also i live in austrslia and anything i buy from the lucky mojo will take some time to arrive, so is there anything i can do while i wait for my order to arrive? Thanks all for your help

My family has lived in our home for a little over nine years and we have seen a few rent increases during this time, the last one being the extreme and the highest with a new landlord. Which is half of our current income. Our lease renewal is coming up soon and we are really putting that energy out there that our rent doesn't get touched (especially since not a single thing is included except parking). We are a low fixed income household.

I would get a personal item from each roommate, hair, photo, signature etc. Write their names out on the paper and cover it with peaceful home. Dress it with Peaceful Home oil. Wrap the petition and items up. Add herbs such as white clover for friendship, rose for love and friendship, rosemary for peaceful home. Add the honey and burn a blue candle on top dressed with Peaceful Home Oil. She can use some honey to cook food for the roommates and add honey back to the jar, this will continue the sweetness by them eating it.

Adding Peaceful Home bath crystals to a floor wash, burning the Incense and even dressing items with the oil would also be great.

Hello, our landlord is trying to sell our rental and has already started renovations on the exterior of the house. He wants to meet with us on Wednesday 4/6/22 to discuss the timeline for the rest of the renovations, showing the house, etc. He really seems to be trying to a) keep us around as tenants as long as possible, and b) avoid following the laws in my city that protect renters, including providing a 90-day written notice to terminate the lease, and paying the mandatory relocation fees. I did a honey jar on him when I first moved in, and it has seemed to have worked since now he constantly refers to us as "more friends than tenants" and is much nicer to us in general, but I think he is just kind of a crappy person and his actions, though not malicious, are really making things tougher for us.

I want to influence him to stop dragging this out and just issue our 90 days notice written, which would trigger his obligation to pay us our relocation fees. I have told him directly that we would prefer a 90 day notice to living through a renovation and showings (and there will likely need to be a lot of interior work done as well, since he does exactly nothing to maintain the property.) He has been pretty sneaky in his response, telling me first that he is doing us a favor by keeping it loose and letting us pick the amount of notice we would need after he accepts an offer. I told him that he is obligated by law to give us the 90 days notice, and that it would make more sense for him to serve that before he put the house back on the market, for many reasons. He responded to this by telling me he understands how we feel and would be ok if WE gave HIM our 90 days notice (doing so, of course, would forfeit our rights to the relocation fees, and I'm sure that he knows this.) I have not brought up the money he is obligated to pay us yet, but I believe we both know that is the real conflict.

What do you recommend I try to influence this man? Like I said, I have a honey jar containing his name paper, and the name papers of my housemates, which has been living under the stairs to our porch for about 2 years now. Would it make sense to pull that jar out from its hiding spot and start burning candles on it again? I am considering using Boss Fix, Domination, and Control oils on a purple candle on the jar until the meeting (I wish I had a bottle of Influence oil as well, but I don't and this is on a time crunch.)

It surely sounds like the landlord knowns the law and is trying to skate around it. I would print off a copy of the law, dust it with Commanding, Controlling, Essence of Bend Over or Influence powder. Hand this to him when you meet to discuss the further actions. I would also work a skull candle on him to influence his thoughts, add Calamus root, Licorice root, one of the mentioned oils and tell him what to do. You may even consider Pay Me since he is obligated under law to do so. If it gets nasty, I would use Court Case products to win. Yes you can add controlling herb items to a honey jar, but the way they work is a bit different, honey sweetens them to you, controlling forces them to your thoughts or actions.

I rightfully sued the landlord and won. We also have an eviction case going on because they played fast and loose with the laws and tried to change the lease we have. I am planning on moving out in about 7 weeks. There is no communication between us presently due to the eviction case.

The problem is neutralizing the property manager until then. I haven't had a car for a few months since mine died and to prepare to move I am renting one starting on Wednesday. But my old car along with about 6-7 others have been broken into we wouldn't have known had we not spoken to one another. One of the neighbors I know well had his broken twice in a month. The second time nothing was taken, the window was just smashed. I know the manager and landlord are behind it and trying to get them to move out so they can raise the rents. Most of the building has moved out, but he keeps renting to literal criminals (not kidding; SWAT was in our building one week after one moved in) because he gets a bonus when all the units are rented.

My concern in all of this is being left alone and protected until we move out. Including the car not being tampered with in any way. I used to be friendly with the manager. Can I do something to make us good again until I move?

Or should I look for a topic where he just forgets about me, my child, my dog, my unit and my car until we're ready to move?

My brother and I never have gotten along. From growing up to well into adulthood he has stolen from me, borrowed money yet never paid back, caused issues between my parents and I, purposefully continued behavior which triggered asthma, etc. He has been with the same partner for 6 years. Apparently, due to lack of recent affection, he broke up with him. A dumb move in my opinion. He is most likely moving in which I am absolutely dreading. I am hoping the breakup is just temporary given the Venus retrogrades (thoughts on that?). Nevertheless, what is a good candle/spell/jar/solution for them to get back together or at bare minimum for him to move somewhere else. I want to do something peaceful yet potent because I don't want to hurt him (still love him oddly enough) I just want him and the partner to preferably get back together or for him to move in with a good friend at bare minimum.

Reconciliation to draw them back together is traditional, this can be done with Reconciliation and Return To Me products, dressed on figural candles, or in a honey jar.

Hello,

I am not sure if I’m in the right place but I need some help. My neighbour below me has been having issues with leaking which she has said is coming from me which I had stated to the landlord it isn’t coming directly from me. They sent out one of their contractors to check to see if the leak is coming from me, when they came and checked there was no leaks from me. The guy that came to do the checks took videos and pictures of this as evidence to show that there’s no leaking coming from me but they still keep saying they want to come in and check again as they never bothered looking on their records to check that somebody has already been to check. So my thing is, is there any way I can stop them from coming back and get them to find another way without them having to come through me?
And if possible is there any way to make this leaking situation worse as in they’ll need her to leave the property for some weeks while they work on it?

Hello,

I'm not sure if this the right place to post this but I could really use some advice.

I've lived in a 2nd floor apartment of a two story house for about 9 years. My landlord lives on the first floor with his wife. He is now attempting to raise my rent as well as build an apartment in the attic.

He doesn't care about permits, is willing to hire whoever at the lowest price and couldn't care less who ends up renting the space above me. His only goal is to get more money. I am recovering from a curse and several months of unemployment so moving is just not possible at this time.

How can I slow him down in finding someone to help him build upstairs or starting it himself?

Can I freeze his money?

Or would another route be better, such as trying to influence/control him?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Starlight927 --

If you are sure that he intends to hire carpentry work without permits, then that is his weakest point. Receiving a code violation or red tag, as we call them in California, will stop him until he rethinks his plans, pulls a permit, and hires a licensed contractor -- which he might not have the money to do at this time, leaving you more time to move. So that in itself may freeze him and his money.

Try a sour spell to cause the attic renovation to get red-tagged:.

On a small square of paper, write his name out with an eye between each letter, alternating eyes and letters. This is illustrated at the bottom of page 50 in my book "Paper In My Shoe." Fold his paper up like a seed packet, as shown in the book, and into it put a pinch of Red Pepper powder, a few Poppy Seeds, a pinch of Domination powder, and a pinch of Crossing powder. On another, larger square piece of paper, write the names of the building code folks, including inspectors. Draw eyes at the four corners of their papers with rays of power coming out of them. Dust their paper with Clarity powder. Fold it as a large seed packet and slip his packet inside of theirs, so they are watching him. Cut a Lime in half and put the paper inside. Stab it closed with nine golden-eye needles so they can see everything. Place this in a glass jar and fill it with Vinegar or sour pickle juice. Fill it to the shoulder only and freeze it with the lid off so it does not expand too much and crack the glass. Once it is frozen you can place a lid on it, wrap it in aluminum foil, shiny side in, and return it to the freezer. Pray over this work continuously as your prepare it, stating what you want.

This may not result in "better relations" with the landlord, but it should buy you some time.

Another, more positive approach, is to allow the work to go through and attract a great upstairs tenant who will be heplful and friendly to you. See:

Good afternoon,

Having bought a new house last year, we discovered that some remedial works had to be done. The housing authority gave the go ahead to have one of their Contractor to do these remedial works which will be paid for by the housing authority. The Contractor came and started the works on May 24, 2025. The works had an estimated 14 days to complete. He has broken down my patio and started to fill cracks in the outer wall. The Contractor is working in the same area where the house it situated yet does not come to do any work but proceeds to do work on other houses he has been contracted to complete. It was raining a lot since May when he started the work but now the weather is mostly sunny. Every time we have a conversation, he promises tomorrow he will come then the next day he informs he has no one or the rain is falling.

I have set a honey jar to sweeten him up to come and finished the works but still no visits from him besides promises to come every week. I am pondering what to do next. I am thinking maybe a spell breaker to remove any jinx that may have been cast on my property by some jealous person. I am grateful for any advice on what I can do to bring this Contractor back in my favor.

I am living in the house with my family and it's very troubling to see the progress on the other houses and nothing being done to mine.

I suggest setting a purple candle with Do As I Say oil and dusted with the sachet powder. Write a petition that states the contractor will complete the work on your property. You can use spell candles (chime), a 7 day candle or a skull candle to influence his thoughts.

You certainly can dress it with Commanding oil. Some workers do it a little a day for 7 days, while others burn it in one setting and speak to it the whole time, telling it what to do.
