In the last couple months, I have worked the crown of success and king Solomon wisdom spell kits to assist me in scoring well on an exam. I still feed my mojo bags from each kit and sometimes carry them. I took the exam on May 18 and my scores take about a month to come back. I have other things going on in my life, and lately I’ve been craving a spiritual cleansing bath in order to be cleared so that I can do new work to attract things to me (money, love, friendships). However, I’m hesitant because I do not want the work I’ve done for my exam to be erased from my spirit, this is why I haven’t taken a cleansing bath yet. Is there a way around this? Would taking this bath have an effect on my previous work? Thanks for any and all responses.

Hello MoS3500,

If you take a cleansing bath to rid yourself of any negative spiritual messes that may be on you, it should not affect the positive work you have done for yourself. Pray for what you want to be removed and give thanks for the positive blessings you have been given, and you should be fine.

Good luck with your exam results!

Is there any harm in throwing the left over bath water towards the west at the base of a tree being that this falls under the category of uncrossing baths west being to take away bad conditions?

Hello Nabeyta365,

Sounds like you're at mixed purposes. We deploy things at the base of a tree to keep their influence (like the remains of drawing work). The bath water is intended to remove an influence (crossed conditions, which you do not wish to keep), so I would deploy it at a crossroads to disperse that influence away from you.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

I was wondering if I do one of my 13 day baths and happen to go out in the evening, will it be less effective ?

Thank you

vibe77,

While it is an old African-derived custom to not touch anyone for a day after a cleansing bath, in America, where bathing became more frequent, due to the rise of indoor plumbing, this has become somewhat "old-fashioned" advice. when i was young, back in the 1960s, i was morely told not to shake anyone's hand until the next day. In short, there is no "one way" to do this, but if i were you, i would consider the spirit of the instructions.

Hello All, I’m interested in purchasing the 13 herb bath. Most baths say wait 24 hours before taking another bath. I work overnight and I prefer to take a bath before going to work rather than after. My question are would it be ok to take the bath like 830 pm? and throw it at the crossroads when going to work or should I wait til dawn the next morning?

Hi Wilson3,

It's most traditional to do the bath before dawn and throw the bathwater in the crossroads just before Sunrise... but just between us chickens, I've done cleansing baths late and night and thrown the water in the darkness, and things have still worked well.

Something to always keep in mind, though, is that the effort you put in to things is part of the magic that drives the work, right? So, if you take care and time and focus to do things at the right time, that will always have a positive effect. But, if you're in a pinch, don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

Hi, I have a question.

Whenever I take a 13 herb bath I usually do so early in the morning between 3-4am. I have to do so because if I wait til a little later before sunrise I don't have the privacy to bathe as others are waking up getting ready for work, etc around that time.

Additionally, I usually go ahead and dump the water at the nearest crossroads (about 1 mile away) right when I am done bathing because around a certain time in the morning the roads start to get busy and then I won't have the privacy to do what I have to do.

So with that said, would me dumping the water into the crossroads a few hours before sunrise affect the work in any way? Or it doesn't matter?

Hello jsdmooth85,

It's best to bathe right before sunrise, but you should be fine with how you are working. Good for you for being so conscientious.

Good luck.

Hey,

So this was supposed to be the final day of my 13 herb bath cleansing. I would have my alarm set so that it would wake me up in the morning so I can prepare for my bath.

I woke up on the impulse realizing that it was passed daybreak. I said "Oh no!"

Wouldn't you know that on the last day for some odd reason my alarm DID NOT go off and I ended up missing my bath! And it was also on the final day of the month (I don't know if that has any real significance or not, but I just thought I'd throw that in there).

So being as i missed the 13th day, would I have to start all the way over or can I still do the final bath in the morning and consider it complete?

jdsmooth85 --

It's like skipping a dose of a medication -- you take it as soon as you can, and you watch for results.

You can go ahead and finish the run of baths as best you can, and watch for results. If in your opinion, you feel that the baths have accomplished their purpose and you are fine, then it is done, but if you feel that somehow the work did not "take," try again.

Good luck.

I infused my water with the 13 herbs for 7 hours. I did this before I say the information to steep for 13 mins. I did it with the herbs I already had. I strongly believe that it will still be effect. Will I need to do process over?

afromex305 --

The way you choose to work with herbs is your own, and that of the culture in which you learned this form of folk magic. Some people, for instance, burn the herbs as incense, and some sprinkle them, dry, on the floor and let them stay overnight before sweeping or vacuuming them up. Others put them in a tightly tied muslin bag and run them through a laundry cycle with their clothes. So what you chose to do is unusual perhaps (like making sun tea instead of steeped tea) but it should work for you.

Hello!) I decided to do the 13 herbs bath once a week. Just for general all together cleanse, since I'm involved in different sorcery courses right now and want to keep everything in balance. So the question is... after the bath, after you dry yourself over incense... if i want to anoint myself with oil like healing oil, or crown of success, or vanvan oil, or etc.: do i pick only one, or i can mix them together?

Nyalisa_13, there is a wonderful thread on blending Lucky Mojo oils here. You can even buy them pre-blended from Lucky Mojo; look for the Rootworkers’ blend option and you can choose up to four.

nyalisa_13,

Since you are doing the bath once a week, you could also alternate and use the oils as needed. I usually don't blend more than 3 because the scents get really muddled if you blend too many at a time. You can take a few drops and blend them in your hand before dressing your body. I usually state my prayer while mixing them in my palm.

Good Luck!

Are you supposed to take the 13 herbal bath for 13 days straight? I have taken 6 baths so far and I am over energized and can't sleep! Taking all of these baths have really messed up my sleeping pattern. What can I do to bring my sleep back? Are baths supposed to be taken occassionally? My crossed conditions have cleared up so do I stop the baths to bring my sleeping pattern back?

Hello MoneyMagnet47,

The baths are intended to be taken for 13 consecutive days if you are doing the 13-bath run. Some people take fewer baths if their crossed condition is not too serious.

Since you indicated that your conditions have cleared up, you could stop your baths and hopefully remain uncrossed. If bad luck should return, then do your full run of 13 baths starting from the beginning and do not skip any days.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

Hey. I'm about to get my 13 day, 13 herb bath and had some questions.

1. I can't use a stove to boil the water, but I do have a keurig and can put it in a thermal cup where it can stay heated and suck all the magical propurties from the herbs. How long would you say I should leave it in there?

2. How many scoops should I use? I was looking at getting some tea bags I can put it in and wanted to know what size I should get? Thanks
Thank You Saint Dymphna, Ganesha, and Saint Jude!

Hi mickeymsb,

The 13 Herbs should steep for 13 minutes. Yes, you can boil water on the stove in a pot or kettle, then pour over the herbs. It is normally 1 scoop per use. I actually use the little mesh bags they sell in the wedding section, it's about 2x1in. You can also use large tea ball, or coffee filter tied. Remember even if you pour it into a cup, it will still be very hot, so test by putting your fingers in first, if too hot for your fingers add a little cold water.

mickeymsb ,

1. A single serve coffee maker will not make enough in one brew, you may want to use the maker to boil water and add that water to a larger pot, then steep for 13 mins. To add to the work, recite Psalms 91 13 times over the bath as it steeps for 13 minutes. Then take the bath and submerge or pour over yourself 13 times.

2. I personally do not think a tea bag will brew enough to make a strong bath. When I have ordered the 13 herb bath, I placed it into a large bowl and scooped it evenly into 13 bags that way I was sure I made enough.

Hello, I am planning to do a few love spells on my target in the next day or so & I was wondering if I did a 13 herb bath to cleanse myself of any & all negativity that might be hindering my current spells , would I be killing my own spells? Thanks :)

No, bathing and cleansing before beginning spell work is highly traditional and it does not "kill" your work.

Would I be ok to do the 13 herb bath now after I've completed several spells on my target without it "killing" any of the work I've done? I've saged myself to clear any toxic/negative thinking that may hinder my work as I tend to worry a bit.

Gothbarbie1313 ,

Taking a bath to cleanse off of yourself does not interfere with the work on the person. If this was the case then every person who does negative work on a person who takes a spiritual bath after (which is traditional to do) would be removing the spell on the target. The point is the bath effects you not them.

I’m trying to gain clarity about the bath.. I have punched the 13 herb bath in the past and I thought the instructions were to do it for 13 consecutive days. I was looking on the website and it says do it for 7 consecutive days.. can someone please clarify if I should do the bath for 13 or. 7 days.. I’m under heavy negative attacks and I want to make sure I do it correctly

While thirteen days is ideal, doing the work for seven days will have a big impact while working with the 13 Herb Bath.

Thank you for your patience with our website updates. As i planned, i was able to make updates to the following web catalogue sections pertaining to your inquiry, which should now feature the complete line of our herb mixtures, in both sizes, at correct prices:

Our Herbs Catalogue Page at Lucky Mojo:
https://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatherbs.html#herbmix

Our Baths Catalogue Page at Lucky Mojo:
https://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatbaths.html#herbbaths

and

Herb Magic's Herb Mixture section:
https://www.herbmagic.com/#herbmix0

The problem with the 13-Day 13 Herb Bath started when we went to a uniform pair of sizes for ALL herb mixes -- 1-Day and 7-Day, This means that the 9-Day 9 Herb Bath and the 13-Day 13 Herb Bath were re-sized. Making ALL the herb mixes available in 1-Day and 7-Day sizes saves us time and actually results in more sales, as the larger sizes were a bit much for most people.

The large 7-Day bag of 13 Herb bath is here:
https://www.herbmagic.com/13-herb-spiri ... -days.html

Over the coming days i'll be updating each of the individual product pages also to be sure they are all functional and properly priced. I have many of them completely updated already and will be constructing new ones for those which are missing.

Thanks again for your reminder and encouragement.

Kind regards,

Unread post by nagasiva » Fri Aug 22, 2025 10:07 am

It's Facebook Fridays! for August 22, 2025! Today we're giving away 8 packs of 13-Herb Spiritual Bath -- each containing thirteen fragrant herbs alleged to remove jinxes and put an end to crossed conditions. Each packet comes with full instructions for preparation and personal use.

To enter the giveaway, click this link https://facebook.com/LuckyMojoCurio to get to the LMCCo FB page. Then like the page and leave a comment. Emojis don't count and the quality and style of the content will be taken into consideration when making the award.

On SUNDAY, we will select EIGHT winners at random, announce their names in the original contest thread, and ask them to message The LMCCo FB page with their mailing addresses, so we can send them their FREE 13-Herb Spiritual Bath Pack. Then we'll announce their names on our Sunday radio show, the Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour!

SCAM ALERT: WINNERS WILL NEVER BE CONTACTED BY THE PAGE DURING THE CONTEST. We do NOT contact winners from the Lucky Mojo page until the contest is completed and a new post is made announcing their names! If you receive a reply to your contest-entry before then and give these SCAMMERS your credit card number, you will be charged by them! Our contest is a FREE giveaway -- there is never any charge and we do not ask contest winners for a credit card via social media, ever. (Lucky Mojo only accepts credit cards for purchases at our secure shopping cart site on the world wide web.) These FAKE replies to contest entries are a FRAUD and a SCAM. We report scam accounts and postings to Facebook administration and encourage you to do so also.
