Hi corazon, sorry to here about your illness.
I've had much success with using spellwork for healing, so I personally am convinced that it helps a lot.
Your post got me thinking of a spell in Henri Gamache "The Master Book of Candle Burning". Where you place a astrological candle for yourself in the middle and move six candles dressed with oils towards your candle. He specifies red and white candle dressed with crucible of courage oil. I have used that and healing oil also, or you can use healing and power oil. You can work this with a figural candle of yourself in the middle or with regular candles. And do it as a moving candle spell for seven days moving the candles closer and closer to your candle each day. It's a good spell so if you have the book, look it up.

When having a sudden illness (non chronic) I find candle work is the easiest to do, and I can do that even when sick. I also drink the Sampson snake root as a tea or I tincture it and drink. Since that is used to treat colds by boosting immune system, it is a physical remedy as well as giving me that extra strength needed.

I like to combine work to increase power as well as healing when doing work for better health.
Since you want to stay healthy while in a risk occupation you might consider wearing a Health Mojo bag to keep that disease away. Traditionally that could include asafoetida although that might not smell to good, the herbs that Triplethreat suggested and Eucalyptus(for removal of disease but also to break away from all habits known and unknown that might be negative towards your health.) I'd put some Sampson snake root in there also.

I've come to the conclusion that the reason my prayers are going unheeded is the amount of bad things in my life. I've decided to take an honest look at the horrible ways I've contributed to the negativity that surrounds me. I won't go into details but I've been involved in lots of things that make me feel sick to death, compromised, and ashamed. I want to banish negative influences from my home and my self before I try to accomplish anything else. I definitely got the feeling when I invoked St. Jude and St. Expedite that they could not help me while so much hatred and malice surrounds me. I figure I need to put together the whole shebang--oil, candles, incense, powders, and so on. Which is better Run Devil Run or Double-Cross Reversing? Or both? Thanks to all!

Yes--both van van and road opener are excellent choices for what you are describing as is Chinese Wash:

Use Chinese wash in hot water to cleanse the house back to front and top to bottom. As you complete a room take a small white candle or even a glass encased white candle anointed with van van oil, pray the 23rd Psalm over it and let the candle burn down completely (while you are home of course, do not leave burning candles unattended). Once you have finished with your living space, you may then take a spiritually cleansing bath yourself, using van van bath salts or Lucky Mojo's 13 herb bath:

I like to recommend that once you are finished bathing but before you go out to dipose of the bath water you finish off the process by anointing yourself with van van oil, road opening oils or both--you may add them to a carrier oil like almond oil and use the blend all over--you will smell delicious and fresh!

Using the latest modern cleaning tools certainly works! Sometimes you just have to be a little creative. I routinely add lemongrass to my dishwashing detergent. I always add a few drops of Van Van to glass & surface cleaner and "doctor-up" just about everything I can think of. I use LM sachet powders as a carpet freshener before vacuuming, just state your intent as you clean!

I received my order with the kits Cut& clear, fiery wall, hot foot w/ confussion oil plus a fixed candle. I already did the fixed cut & clear fixed candle. Can I do all the spells at the same time? I know ive asked about mixing the baths before but I just want to be clear. Can I mix all the baths that come with kit plus the come to me plus confussion? Also, if I do no have a white hanky what else can I use that is white?

no you can not mix cut & clear, Fiery wall, hot foot, confusion and come to me baths and bathe in that. These are totally unrelated tricks. And you would never want to bathe in hot foot and confusion salts. You use that on someone else, someone you want to move away or confuse. You can make a floor wash and wash the floor that they walk on with that type of crystals.

I would recommend that you do one spell kit at a time. If you want to get over an old love do the cut and clear. If you want to confuse a person and make them leave do the hot foot spell kit with confusion stuff mixed in there. If you want to draw a new lover, you should do that after you have cut yourself free from the old love. I would do the fiery wall of protection before doing the hotfoot.

Maybe you should go back to your reader and get some magical coaching.

blackcateyes, Ammonia should be diluted with water when used as a household cleaner. So should Chinese Wash.

My gynecologist has told me to avoid baths, as I'm prone to UTIs. I've been able to take short baths without a problem, but really soaking for a while can definitely trigger something. So, due to this health constraint, should I take faster baths when using bath products or should I convert everything to a shower, aka only use the soaps I can lather with?

Most spiritual baths don't require a long soak. You can dissolve bath salts in a small quantity of water and take a container into the shower with you.

You can make a just as effective bath standing up and pouring the water over your body, There is no need for soaking. If you are very very sensitive, you can have a bucket of bath water and portion that water over you. That way none of the water will be reused. This is effective if thrush or Bacterial Vaginosis is also an issue.

Otherwise just stand in the tub and use a scoop to pour the water over you.

Just keep a basin at your feet to catch the water dripping of of you for proper disposal.

I would prefer that method, rather then hurrying or only using soaps.

Yes I take spiritual baths in a bowl and stand in the shower and pour the bath over my head in three doses for cleansing/uncrossing. When I take an attraction/money/love bath I will set the bowl on the ground and wash up.

Search the forum for baths in a shower. People without tubs take spiritual baths without the tub and you can too.

Can anyone suggest a spell to revive a dying online community?

To make a long story short, I'm part of a small, but strong online community of people who have really grown close to each other over the time that the community has been around, but lately it feels like the community has been dying down for reasons no one can quite pin down. Well, dying might be a strong word, but activity has been gradually slowing down lately, and since it is a general interest community, it's not as if people are losing interest in a community centered around a common interest.

Perhaps we all happen to be busy at the same time, or maybe some people are drifting to other places. While we have all noticed this change, many are worried, and all care very deeply about the community, since it is such a relaxed place no one really wants to step in and “take charge” to try to change something – it's not really that kind of a place and people wouldn't respond well to it.

I'd like to perform a spell that would gently nudge us back into the really fun, friendly, joyful, active place it used to be, but I have no idea what method I'd use to do it. Yellow candles? Job's tears? Invoking someone? Ideally it would be something that I could work with other people in the community since I don't think I could (psychically?) shoulder the burden of working this trick myself for an entire community but I have no idea how'd I even do that (it's not a magical community -- no one else believes in this except me). Or are such tricks affecting large groups possible?

Anyway I hope you can help. The situation's a little complex but this community is important to a lot of people and this slowdown's only happened recently; it would be a shame to lose something that's really been there for a lot of us so I wanted to give it a try asking for help.

Normally, I would not respond or tell you that this Forum is about Lucky Mojo Products, (You were polite, and did not break a rule and this is just you asking for help for a purpose) and there is something tugging at me that says that you are just trying to find a way to "keep helping something"
I am hoping that someone else will chime in here. It sounds like this is very important to you (whatever the purpose is-- lets say its a forum to help dolphins from the oil spill in the Gulf) and while that might have been a hot topic throughout the world for a few months, time marches on; think of it like a hot topic in the news. For many of us here along the Gulf Coast, it is still a major topic. So, many people throughout the World might not have the same interest. It could be an earthquake topic, (a tragedy) it could be Yoga (to better the health of people)...whatever, but the people on the other end need to be interested, and interested in posting based on the "visability" and excitment of the person or people involved.
Why do people "fall off forums". I do not know. Time, devotion, involvement, life issues? Your guess is as good as mine.
Crown of Success and Attraction is what I recommend and dressing your computer screen. I would also reach out to the owner of the site, especially if the Forum is for a cause like helping people or animals and offer to help. Help them. If you are the owner to the site, look into stratigic marketing ideas. And go back to Crown of Success and Attraction. Now, be specific in what you attract in petitions. You want this "active" right? But do you want it active --with spam --so it is a burden... No.

The first step prior to beginning healing work is to be certain that the individual in need of healing is receiving proper medical attention. Make sure your mother is under the supervision of the appropriate doctor(s), that she is able to get to her appointments, that she reports changes in conditions, etc.

A nice way to do healing is to make a prepared, framed photo. You would get her photograph and write a petition to go in the back of the frame. You could make a little packet to add healing and protective herbs, and of course personal concerns if you happen to have them. Some favourite healing herbs include Flax seeds, Goldenseal Root, and Althaea. Motherwort would be especially nice here since this is for your mother, after all. Each of these herbs also have a quality of protection. Once you have it all prepared, you could light some blue candles dressed with Healing and Blessing oils and pray for her health and protection. This is something that you could do continually for her, say once a week.

This may sound like a silly question, but I'll ask it anyway. I've been doing spiritual cleaning of my house and myself, and I wanted to know if there is any impact from moving decorative candles from house to house. I've had decorative candles that I've used in the last 3 houses, they have never been burned and I'm suddenly feeling that perhaps it's time to through them out and start fresh; sort of like buying a new broom when you move into a new house. Am I just being silly about this?

Well, wax does absorb energy very well- that's why they make great ritual tools. So if you feel that some unpleasant things that happened and the candles may have absorbed some of that - then certainly tossing them (or dressing them in Uncrossing oil and burning them) may be a good idea if you want a really fresh start.

Rather than toss them into the trash, you can recycle the wax or -- alternatively -- you can dress them with an oil such as Road Opener, Cut and Clear, or House Blessing, and burn them as the last spiritual act in your old house, before moving out.

It's quite painful to be watching all this footage on the news about the tragedy in Japan without being able to do anything about it. Is there anything hoodoo related that can help? I know one person against this monstrous natural disaster would most likely do nothing, but maybe if everyone lit a vigil for healing or protection we would at least be doing what we can.

Yes, I had the same question as LadyDawn, I'm also concerned about the nuclear plant situation over there. I realize the politicians are saying that there is no reason to worry, but this concerns me more. There has to be nuclear particles in the cloud pouring out of the plant that exploded. What happens if the other one explodes? That's sheer conjecture so I'll get to the point, what can be done in HooDoo specifically for the environment to protect it from the atmospheric spread of nuclear particles? In the bible is says when two come togther in prayer the prayer is stronger; I'm wondering if we band together and do something similar in Hoodoo to render the current nuclear cloud harmless? While at the same time praying and working conjure on the rods in the other plants from melting;causing disastrous effects for human, animal and plant life?

I did a general prayer and candle lighting for japan and everyone involved while asking those above for protection and peace to those affected. I didnt think of having MISC set a light. Great idea.

Speaking of having MISC set lights, which one do you think would be most beneficial? Im looking @ Healing Miracle, World Peace or Blessing?

Hi all:

I have a niece and nephew from my sister. Niece is almost 2 years old, Nephew is 4. They're great kids and I adore being an auntie

However, they are CONSTANTLY getting sick!

Around Christmas I set a run of 3 vigil lights on both of them (2 Healing Miracle candles and one Dr. Jose Gregario candle) because my niece had to get tubes in her ears, and my nephew also had constant allergies and colds.

After setting those lights they were actually healthy for about a month in a row. My sister said "I have two healthy kids *at the same time*!"

It hasn't lasted long, though. My niece has yet another upper respiratory infection. Nephew just got over a cold.

Now, speaking as a nurse myself, I know that kids are little germ factories and get sick. But my sister and her husband are running ragged going back and forth to the doctor. They're following all the doctor's orders, giving antibiotics, etc. Nephew has a severe peanut allergy and so his diet is carefully monitored as well.

Plus, Nephew had some speech delays as a toddler and now the occupational therapist wants him to go *back* to speech therapy "because he doesnt' seem to follow directions very well." When I heard that I was like "Dude, he's 4". I'm not a parent, but I didn't think most 4 year olds were really GOOD at listening all the time or following directions. My nephew could work the DVD player before he could TALK, for God's sakes!! He's not stupid!

I've done healing work and blessing work before for the kids, but apparently I need to give them something permanent and long-lasting that they kids can have in their house (they live in another state away from me). Their parents are ....er...cautiously open-minded about what I do

Any suggestions?

Set up an altar for them in your home. Nothing elaborate it can be as simple as a shelf.

Take a pair of their photos and on the back place a packet of healing, blessing, and protection herbs. Things like Angelica, Althaea, Flax etc. Make a packet for each of the photos. Place them in matching frames.

Take a little lock and chain, something cute like the accessory and jewelry kind. Dress it with Blessing, Healing, and Protection oil, and wrap it around the second photo and frame. Lock it so the chain wraps securely around it. Make sure it is secure. Smoke this frame and its talisman in some incense. Smoke the key too. Then send the frame with photo, placket and chain and lock to the parents to keep in their home.

Take the photo in the other frame smoke it in incense, and place that one on your altar. Set the key before their photo and light white candles dressed with Healing, Blessing, and Protection (or Guardian Angel Oil) before the photo periodically to keep the work going.

What you are doing is creating a linked talisman--their photo is linked to the one on your altar.

Hi everyone,

I had tried this spell last year but to rid someone out of my husband's life- I focused and did exactly as the spell read, but it ultimately got rid of the WRONG person- a "friend" of my husband that all of a sudden my husband wanted nothing to do with- till now they do not speak. How could this have happened?

Hello Everyone

My "father" was taken to the hospital yesterday, disoriented low potassium. I am scared. His name is Kenneth A. Taylor he is in Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. Please, he is all I have left. His birthday is May 15th. When both my parents were ill he helped me care for them and then when my Dad died he stood in and I love him just like my Dad.

Please do whatever you can, he is such a good soul. You could not ask for a better human being.
