Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hi, This is my first time preparing a honey jar and I am perplexed by the message left by the candle wax drippings. I have five children and my boyfriend has three. He has lived with my kids and I for almost a year now, but he still will not bring them here for a variety of completely ridiculous "reasons." I have offered invitations for them to come over, tried to fix the house to his liking, driven over to their neighborhood to do activities because they refuse to come here, etc, but yet he keeps accusing me of trying to separate him from his family. Every time he is going to see his family he gets angry with me over some stupid nonsense beforehand. Then after he's been there he calls to yell at me and says he wants to move out but still remain a couple. Happens again and again but he always comes home; the emotional roller coaster is driving me nuts. Anyways, the pink candle on top of the honey jar dripped down the north side of the jar in five lines close together, and then 1 inch away there are three additional lines dripping down the west side of the jar. This seems to say there will always be a degree of separation between us because of our children. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I'm doing a honey jar on a guy I find attractive. My oils haven't arrived yet (damn customs) so I'm using plain olive oil on the candles as the only LM oils I have right now are uncrossing and intranquility... I had this idea that maybe I could use my favorite perfume as an oil, should I, or is it a stupid idea? It has patchouli and ambergris in it, and evokes pleasant memories in me.

My wife is currently working a spell that has all of the elements of a honey jar but she swears it is not. Is there anything similar meant for other purposes or is she misleading me? Help please.

A honey jar is pretty distinct. What did she say it was for? Did she deny that it was a spell?

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
She said it was "none of my business." And then when I told her I knew it was a honey jar she said that it wasn't. Like you said, it's pretty distinct and all of the elements are there.
I was wondering if there was anything that has common elements of a honey jar but is for another purpose or if she is just not telling the truth.

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck... it's probably a duck. I'd say you've discovered her honey jar......... and if you're the target I'd say it's probably a good thing to have.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
If its a jar of honey, and she is burning candles on it. Its pretty clear what it is.
Hard to say its not when it looks exactly to be that.

Actually, I also just found a bottle of balsamo tranquilo. I didn't mention I am in South Florida. That might change things significantly. Any thoughts?

You might be her target, maybe you're not. Many of us keep our magical work to ourselves because we don't want anyone's negative thoughts to interfere. If my husband questioned me, I wouldn't tell him anything either.

I'm new to making a honey jar. Will it not work if i don't have anything from him (ex. hair, piece of clothing, etc)? Can I use a picture of him to suffice?
Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I think the original poster comes at a level of sinister and decept where I see it as a precautionary act to keep the relationship loving and strong. Remember when its made her and your persona items are combined meaning it effects both of you. Honestly any relationship I think is worth keeping id make a jar to help keep that love going and flowing amoung us. Be blessed she cares that much.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I wouldn't say I was coming from someplace sinister. We have not been getting along for some time now and like I said she told me it wasn't a honey jar. I was thinking it was perhaps to make the breakup easier or perhaps she has moved on to someone else, if not physically at least mentally.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hi, I had a reading done with Cat, Conjureman Ali, and another very famous root worker about my love situation.
Situation: There is a girl who I am trying to start a relationship with, and the root workers told me to perform a Come to Me Spell for 7 seven days with a Honey Jar in the background. However, my family doesn't "approve" of her, and her family feels the same about me.
Remedy: So, the root workers told me to have a picture of my family and put it in the honey jar to "sweeten" them about our relationship. And, of course, I am going to put a picture of her family so I can "sweeten" them to our relationship.
Question: Do I need to have personal concerns of our families? Do I need her parent's hair and my parent's hair? Or will a photo be enough?

Personal concerns of the families will certainly help if you can get them, but many people have done good work with photographs. You might see if you can get their foot tracks.
Good luck,

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hello everybody,
Advice from anyone who knows the correct procedure appreciated.
I wanted to put three people (these three belong to a one family) in a honey jar with myself.
So this is what I did.
Person A's name 9 times, turned clockwise, my name 9 times on A's name. Petition in a circle without break. Folded it towards me (turning it clockwise after every fold) until it wont fold anymore.
Repeated same for person B
Repeated same for person C
Person A's photo folded towards me (turning clockwise every time)
Repeated same for B and C's photos
My photo folded it same way.
Put all of them (three petition papers and four photos - seven in total) in a blank parchment paper, added some influence powder, folded the blank parchment paper and put it in the honey jar.
So I did not write petition on the back of photos. I folded petition separate and photos separate.
Did I do it right?
Or putting in blank packet not correct?
Please advice.
Thank You.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hi newbie,
there are different ways of doing it and there is not one ''more correct'' way of doing it. Some would have written the petition on the back of the photos and folded the herbs/powders into each paper. Some would have written an overarching petition onto the parchement you folded everything into. Some would have had separate photos and petitions and placed herbs only in the petitions. At this point, the proof is in the pudding: are you getting signs? Movement? Results? If so, leave things as they are and keep working the jar - keep your doubts out of it.
No doubt many of the other fine workers on the site will also be able to give you some insight on the crafting as well.
Blessings,
Aura

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I'm doing a honey jar spell on a mate.
i started it last week when we had a big fight which ended in me kicking him out of my apt. We were living together for a while. We have only spoken through facebook now. No texting or phone conversations or in person contact at all. He hasn't even tried. He is thinking about moving back to his moms next month which is very far away.
We had something good. We were happily living together in harmony and it was great! We laughed all the time! we cooked great meals, we'd do yoga together, we had great sex, we'd listen to records and sang and danced, we made some home improvements together. We were living the dream of a perfect relationship. but now it's all in the crapper.
the thing is our romance began when he was still in a relationship. he moved in with me when he broke up with her for good in january but he insists on staying friends with her. I wasn't having it because she would always get him to feel guilty about being happy with me and he would decide to not be with me anymore to appease her when just before talking to her he would be telling me things like how happy he was to be with me and how he could see himself getting married to me someday (something he never ever said to her)…it's frustrating.
After our fight he is now hanging out with her all the time. No wonder he isn't calling me right? I hate that his loyalty is to her NOW after he broke it off with her but when he was with her he didn't care for being loyal to her. I have not allowed myself to fall in love with him because of this frustrating situation but we have such a good mind, heart, and physical connection that i just can't let it go so easily…
i feel i have to fight for it or at least try a honey jar before i call it quits for good on this guy because we might have something that can grow into love. I'm asking for him to finally let go of his past troubled relationship so he can give a chance for our love to grow. Is that good?
the flame of my candles is always very long and straight. it's like it's pulling itself up as high as it can go. there is sometimes residual wax and when this happens i place the jar in the oven for a bit so it melts down before i place another candle. I used a romance set of candles first that had 4 candles each representing harmony, friendship, seduction, and love and now i'm using some pink scented candles. I dressed them all in a love oil and sprinkle with a powder i made out of catnip, brown sugar, and damiana herb.
I was burning them every night but next week i'll just do it on monday wednesday and fridays.
Anybody have any personal success stories with honey jars to tell or perhaps any tips or other spells I could also incorporate?

hello everyone!
I'm very curious to possibly hear everyone's experience with honey jars and reconciled lovers.so I'm doing this jar on a lover, and the day after making it, he starts showing up everyday that week....previously I saw him mabye 4 times in a month and a half.i take that as sign.....even movement mabye.but, like a good conjure person, I've been learning to do readings on work, and the whole reason I started my spell was because I saw him possibly wanting to mend our relationship in a big way.but, one week after the spell and all the movement, I do readings and he seems....more resisting, and I get the impression it's like he's venting all his anger.ive done this kind of work only once before, and it was extremely difficult .could it be a natural part of the healing process...or does he subconsciously know I'm working him?thanks.

Might be either, or both. Have you done a reading on that particular question?mojobean wrote:one week after the spell and all the movement, I do readings and he seems....more resisting, and I get the impression it's like he's venting all his anger.ive done this kind of work only once before, and it was extremely difficult. could it be a natural part of the healing process...or does he subconsciously know I'm working him?thanks.

About 2 weeks ago I opened a honey jar that had two pictures in it of my lover and I. While I was burning the pictures I accidently burned my finger with his picture.
Can you please tell me what that means? Someone told me it was a bad sign, meaning bad luck to me.
Since then I started another honey jar, with my petition paper, and I noticed that the paper is floating on top of the Honey. Is that okay?
Thank You

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Well, since the only reason for burning the pictures that had been lovingly nestled in a jar of honey would be to actively destroy the spell of sweetness, then getting burned by the flame from one of the pictures would indicate that you had succeeded in destroying all of the person's sweetness for you and replacing it with angry flaming rage.
I think you may need some magical coaching. Consider getting a half-hour coaching session with a member of AIRR. You may benefit from the guidance of an experienced worker.

results and the speed at which they happen is variable. To get a deeper understanding of spell timing and how quickly you'll get movement from your work, read through the many useful pages of the following forum thread: signs-movement-completion-of-spells-que ... t6436.html

I use small tea lights that are suppose to take 4 hours to burn on my honey jar, but usually take 6. How bad is that I smother the flame out before I go to bed? I don't want to go to bed with a flame burning. :/ I heard blowing the flame out meanings blowing away the magic.
Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Everytime I make a honey jar for someone, they end up leaving my life. I made one for my attorney, and he ignored me completely, making me get another one. I made one for a mean teacher, and she became twice as mean. I follow the directions exactly, and don't add any extra ingredients. Is there something that I could be doing wrong? I hope someone answers my question.

You may not be gifted for this particular work. Everyone can't do everything in magic or in life. Try something different, such as candles.

As Mama Micki said, you just may not have the particular chops to work honey jars. But there may be other reasons why you are not able to help yourself, and they might be fixable.
You may have an underlying issue that hasn't been addressed. I once had a client who hotfooted someone out of her life just before all her luck turned bad. When she told me about the reasons for her work, I wasn't at all surprised that her target had hit back. She never did ask me for help lifting that jinx, either, but was constantly asking for more prosperity and reconciliation work.
Sometimes, of course, there's a jinx that's not justified. I see no reason why a woman who doesn't like her daughter-in-law should curse her own grandchildren, but it's been known to happen.
And for those who understand the stars, there is such a thing as an unlucky natal chart. I don't know anything about astrology, but there are AIRR workers who do. I recommend you consult one of them, just in case your chart is a factor, so you can get to the bottom of this sad situation and fix it.

I totally agree as I learned astrology and understand how to read charts.MissMichaele wrote:

Miss Michaele
And I was also wondering if magic can fix the problem by doing work to make something, that is not promised in your natal chart, happen!!

Promises and gaurentee are not something to base Conjure on. Its more faith and observation. Hope for the best, and learn from what has happened.newbie wrote: I totally agree as I learned astrology and understand how to read charts.

I, personally, do not put the flame out before it is done burning. Do you feel more comfortable if the jar was put into a metal baking pan in the bathtub while you sleep? There are safe ways to allow the candle to burn until finished. I do not interrupt the burn.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
hello y'all,
i have a question i was hoping someone could help me with please.
i purchased a LM Reconciliation honey jar spell kit a while back but never used it because the relationship/person was not worth even doing a spell for! so i just kept it.
now i have a wonderful new man in my life and would like to do a love honey jar spell to strengthen our relationship and make things stay nice and sweet for us.
. is it possible to use the same items from the Reconciliation honey jar and just replace the spell itself or do i need to get separate items all over again?
. also, if i can do this, could anybody provide me the instruction for the LM Love honey jar?
any help is much appreciated

A Reconciliation honey jar is to heal a relationship after a breakup or fight; you are asking about preventing a breakup. They're two different purposes.
I would say either keep the Reconciliation kit as insurance, or list it on eBay.
Hope this helps,
Miss Michaele

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I hope someone can be kind enough to help me out.. I already have a honey jar that I am working on.. I was told to use sugar and water it down as sugar produces quicker results than honey.. However,, I really would like to try the "REAL" honey jar that works slowly over time,, I am ordering From LM tommorow and I want to make sure I order the correct ingrediants that would be productive to this spell.. I am wondering if I could order the LoVE HERBS MIXTURE from LM wich contains 9 famous love-herbs (Rose Petals, Red Clover, Catnip, Lavender, Damiana, Cubeb Berries, Juniper Berries, Gentian Root, and Deer's Tongue) dressed with 9 famous love-oils (Attraction, Bewitching, Come To Me, Dixie Love, Fire of Love, Kiss Me Now!, Love Me, Marriage, and Stay With Me).???? This seems like it would have all the proper formula for love!!! I believe I found this under the section that you could add the herbs to bathe in, Except I dont see why I couldnt use them in a honey jar?? I would greatly appreciate it if someone can respond back and let me know if using this love herbs mixture this way would be ok?? I do plan on buying oils separtely for my petition paper and 5 spot them after i write the appropriate petition. Thanks Everyone,, Lisa
Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I would also like to mention the man that Im doing the honey jar for him and I are no longer together or communicating. I definatley want to sweeten him up towards me,, and draw him towards me, & back to me... Would I just do the honey jar on him by only adding personal items of him or would I do the jar on both of us and add both of our items???? Im thinking since we aren't together and I want to restore communication and draw him back that it would be easier doing it with his personal items?? I hope someone can give me some advice.. TY in advance!!! LIsa

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hi Lisa,
you can definitely use the love-herbs mixture in a honey jar. Just make sure that you won't be using that same honey to cook with later since the herbs are mixed with oils which shouldn't be eaten.
Since you ultimately want the couple back together, I'd work with both of your photos and personal concerns. Writing the petition on the back of the photo, preferably one from when you are both together and happy, and then folding that into a packet with the herb mixture and personal concerns.
If you want to work on the communication aspect more specifically, it could help to read through the following forum thread for some ideas and info as well: contact-me,-call-me,-reconnect-spell-qu ... t2982.html
Blessings and success in your work.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Morning everyone,
I am new to this forum and I'm needing help with my honey jar spell. I started this yesterday and put all the ingredients needed, hers and my hair, parchment paper with our names crossing as well as what I want to happen, which is for her to return to me. I also added some cinnamon powder.
But my question is this, does it matter if I am using a large jar of honey because the candle burnt but didn't seem to heat up the jar, also since I had to go to bed and didn't want to leave the candle unattended to, I snuffed it out and burnt it again this morning for a few minutes before leaving to work.
I have ordered return to me oil from here and I'm currently using olive oil until I receive it. Am I doing this right? Because I do want my girlfriend to return to me.
Thank you so much

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
--LoveDarla,
The candle's function isn't to physically heat the jar (though there are honey jar variations where other candles are used for that purpose). Dressing and lighting a candle on the jar is a focus for your intent, and serves to get things working.
You said that you included cinnamon; that will add some heat to the work. Did you use any other herbs?
Snuffing a candle is acceptable, just be sure not to blow it out. If needs be, use smaller candles.
If using olive oil, while waiting for your other to arrive, be sure to pray your intent over it, before dressing the candle.

Thank you for replying, yes I added some cinnamon but I'm not sure if I added enough. Is it possible to open it and add more. I will pray over the oil now, I didn't know to do so. I also heard the I could use birthday candles as well. I just purchased some tea candles to surround the jar with as well, do I add oil to them as well?

It is alrgiht to open the jar to add more ingredients. Just revoice your intention and eat a small drop of the honey.LoveDarla wrote:Doctor Hob

You want to anoint any candles your are using for this, but it doesn't have to be a lot. A drop on your finger tip by opening the bottle and placing your finger on the open top. Then flipping the bottle upside down and back. You will have a drop on your finger that you can use to anoint your candles.
Also a prayer during each candle dressings is best. More prayer the better.
Best of Luck to You!

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hi LoveDarla,
although it is OK to re-open a honey jar as described by Apollo Dark below, personal preference here, the less you open up a jar and play with it, the better. I'll re-open to add personal concerns if they weren't there to start, but that's about it (and again, this is preference, not law or rule in any way - Apollo Dark's method for adding herbs is excellent). There are other ways to add heat to the work without opening it up and adding more cinnamon: you could burn candles more often, a tea light morning and night on the jar for example. You could also back up your work with a Return to Me vigil light set on the MISC altars.
You could also look through the following reconciliation spells to give you other ideas of work you can undertake in tandem with your current honey jar: http://www.luckymojo.com/reconciliation.html
Blessings and success in your work.

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Hello all,
I was wondering if you could help me with an insurance case.
I was recently in a car accident, I am fine, but the car is a write off.
The situation is the insurance company has my dad as the primary driver of the vehicle as the insurance was never really updated in years and just renewed.
So they are looking into what they can do in this situation.
What would be the best way to work this? I was thinking of a honey jar with my name and the adjuster's name in it.
Alternatively, should I include my dad's name, the insurance company's name as well?
Kits I have on hand are the fast luck bottle spell, money honey jar kit, King Solomon honey jar kit, Crown of success honey jar kit.
How do I word the petition? The adjuster's name 3 times then my name 3 times at 90 degrees?
What do I write around it? Or can I write what I want on a separate piece of paper and include in the honey jar?
Thank you for your help

I work with the idea that spells are best forused on one target at a time. From my experience with this kind of situtation, dealing with insurance. That you aren't really trying to win over the adjuster, but rather the people incharge of him. He, or she, are just follow the orders handed to them. They are the messenger.
The honey jar is a good thing to do for the people in charge of making the decisions.
You also may want to take a more aggresive stance with Compelling and Influence work.
Here are some products to consider:

IPD-HOO-COMP

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
I've had my honey jar for love ,for 22 days .
The petition paper is staying on the top .Someone at LM ,advised me to open it and push down the petition paper becouse the person was resisting .I did that and it came back to the top ,now the petition paper is completely wet ,I see the writing of my petition ,I keep burning my candles.
Now the person in this honey jar doesn't want nothing to do with me so he told me yesterday ....his emotions are mixed ..his facial expressions are between discust and friendliness .....today there's wax drippings on the side of the jar like tears and a red heart on the bottom of the tray ...Should I start a new one or keep working this one ?
Thank you

Re: How to Use Honey, Sugar, and Sweet Jars Questions and Answers
Blessings to all,
I am currently working on my honey jar to return my girlfriend and also burning a return to me candle that I purchased from here. Everything has been going great till today which is my 7th day burning a pink candle on the honey jar. The candle flames on the first 6 days were normal but this morning, once the candle burnt down onto the old wax on the jar, the flames grew tall and became two flames for a few minutes before dying..Is this a good sign? I also have a solitary wax that's in shape of a heart...I am taking this as a good sign that the spell is working as well . I wish I could post pictures here to show you.
Please can someone advise me what the twin flames signify?

The huge, unwieldy, massively complex Honey and Sugar Spells Questions and Answers Thread has been transferred in part into this ONE BOOK.
