Don't get rid of your current candle before it's finished burning; let it burn out, deploy any remaining wax, then start the Blockbuster candle like Miss Aida said if the candle burned low to the end. And I wouldn't substitute working with St. Jude for a Blockbuster candle, they're different types of work and don't have the same effect.

Hello. I am new here and have many questions. I have just found my path in June 2017 with Hoodoo. June is also when I found lucky mojo. I have purchased oils from LM, and I must say, they work. I have so much to learn and my question to you experienced rootworkers is about road opening. I have felt "stuck" for a long time. I believe, unfortunately, it has to do with someone in my family partly, who has verbally, mentally, and physically abused me all my life. I know this person is mentally ill but I can't bring myself to "move on" from them. I know they won't change. Also, I'm in recovery from a life I once lead that is no more, that was full of things that were full of self harm. I am getting help from doctors and such, but I am wondering if a road opening of some sort would help me. I WANT A NEW, PEACEFUL, HAPPY LIFE PATH. Please excuse my ignorance as well, but I come here to learn, so I am asking for a suggestions to get on my right path, know what I should do, and also, clean out what's hurting me. I believe this family member may have done a binding spell on me, evil eye, or a hex. I also have an ex-friend who is a witch who may have done something to me. But I feel it may be the family member or someone close to them. What should I do to get a hold on that? This person is a witch (the family member), and like I said before, the ex-friend. The family member has done black magic in the past, but went as far to tell me about a death spell they did when I was only 8 years old. My current protection spellwork isn't manifesting. I think I may have been bound. I did an unbinding spell, but I don't think it worked. I don't know, I am a rookie. I have 2 spells now that haven't worked, both for protection (candles used). I also did "a new friendship" spell, 9 days ago, and it hasn't manifested yet. I am still burning the candle used and meditating on it everyday (as the spell says to do) but the candle is almost gone, like burned all the way down. However, my LM oils work. I put "do as I say" in the laundry wash, with a bit of compelling oil as well, said my piece, and it worked on my lover with a problem we were having. I also did a small spell to get rid of a neighbor and it worked (no candles). My spells that involve candles don't work. I also make candles, and they are special to me, so it is upsetting. What are you, experienced rootworkers suggesting to me? I also always felt jinxed somehow, almost like the evil eye was put on me as a baby. Will road opening help with this bad stuff coming to me and candle spells not manifesting, too? I JUST WANT A NEW HAPPY LIFE

I have a question about block buster and road opening work. I finished burning a block buster candle from LM. It burned clean and all the way down in 5-6 days. All great signs! My road opener is going now and burning clean and fast (but not too fast). My question is if the block buster and the road opener are to clear the path for someone to come back and commit to me, would it also open the road for him to seek other women/relationships or sleep with other women (even if the petition was to clear the road to me and commit to me)?

I was very specific in my commands and petitions that I was clearing away the obstacles that were preventing him from coming back to me and committing to me. The road may be cleared and lit to find his way back to me. And in my commands I believe I did say "me and only me". He also is not really the type to sleep around and my last reading (a month ago) indicated he wasn't looking or sleeping with anyone, but I just didn't know if that could change even if I am indicating I was opening the road and removing blockages for US to be together. Hello LM,

I got strike by an obstacle recently in my relationship that made my man stepped back and afraid to meet up. Since the incident, I focused my love work with heavy love oil and powder (follow me boy, adam and eve, kiss me now) in hope that he misses me so much that he would overcome that fear. yet it's not working. so maybe I'm not working toward the right direction. he expresses flirtatiousness comments like he usually does but action wise, he's not making a move. I'd like know if you would suggest cleansing the meet up spot (I don't have any van van or chinese wash on hand but have hyssop herb - for which I can soak in hot water?) or light candle for open road?

Hope all is well. I have a question. I have been applying and interviewing but not getting the follow up or job for teaching. This has been an issue since the Summer. I currently work in a charter school but am looking for a private or public school and I am not hearing back from them.
I was thinking of changing paths and going into being a speech teacher. I was told I shouldn't have any problems in applying for certification since I have some schooling.

Good morning,

I am moving forward on a lot of things right now in my life. I am moving into a new town (finally far away). I have opened my own firm. I am in the process of opening a non-profit as well.
This all being said, I know that I have put my own personal wall up. I limit myself to my own abundance in life, home, career, probably even love (although I am not too worried about that at the moment).
My questions is this. What would/could I use to spell my own blockages away? Blockbusters? Road openers? I am not 100% sure so I figured I would ask.

Would Road Openeer be appropriate? Yes It could be if there is something hes been closed off from. I personally would probably suggest a cleansing then a road opening to remove anything from the past if that was indeed the cause.

Do you have to know what cause it? Well not really. If you read the Block Buster page - http://www.luckymojo.com/blockbuster.html the 7th paragraph says "One of the best things about Block Buster spells is that they can be used to break up long-standing conditions, even when you don't know who caused the trouble or why..."

Here's my situation:I'm a 23 year old who's been a victim of child abuse and neglect from early childhood all the way through late teen years. Because of this I'm stuck in life now with no money(can't keep a job), constant anxiety, and a bad love life(I have trouble talking to females because of my abuse and anxiety). Hi,

I don’t know if anyone will even read this but I suppose it’s worth a shot. I started listening to one of the podcasts last week as I was planning to work with St Expedite (Thank you St Expedite for what you have done) and found my self being drawn to the energy of Lucky Mojo. I wasn’t sure where to put this post because it is about road opening and life changes but it is also about career.

I am 30 next month and just beginning my Saturn return (one of the few 88 babies with saturn in Capricorn ) but I honestly feel like I’ve been in it since I finished my degree 5 years ago. Since then I’ve gotten married had a baby moved to two different European countries (I’m originally from NC) and consistently had the absolute worst luck with job, career and finances! I need and want a change, I’ve done so many spells/work around this but I don’t seem to be getting anywhere and honestly I don’t know where to begin. I think what I want is some advice as to someone that can guide me through this. How much control do I have over my circumstances during this period. I've always had issues with only have just enough money. I think road opener would be a good option for me in terms of giving me more opportunities to make money so I have more than I need. Thank you soooo much for your response Sister Jean.
I have read through every post in this thread and I only got a rough idea of what to do. However, the money spells are good but some are a bit too complicated/make me uncomfortable.

Anyway, please let me know if my plan makes sense.

I will wait for the waxing moon firstly.
I will get a road opener vigil candle and poke holes into the top of it with a nail.
I will drip money drawing oil into these holes.
I will write out my petition on petition paper and cross it with my name 9 times.
I will burn road opener incense while the candle is burning.

Is there anything you guys would do differently? And I'm not okay leaving my candle unattended while I'm out, can I light it for like 2-3 hours per day until it's done? (15 minutes is mentioned on the vigil candle page so I'm confused)

I know that having patience after doing the work, or after someone else did it, is important. That's a great question, and it relates to all kinds of spell work,not just Block Buster or Road Opener spells, whether self-done or hired out to a professional rootworker.

In my opinion, no matter whether you do the work yourself or pay someone to do it for you, you should do check readings -- either on your own or with another reader (that is, not the one who did the work). This need not be expensive -- a ten-minute reading is all you will need. As a reader, i do check-readings for the clients of other readers all the time.

Remember too that not all spells work for each person every time (no more than every surgery always cures a medical condition or every sports team wins every game) -- so set a time-limit on your work and do not hang onto the memory of a spell you cast ten years later "still waiting for it to manifest"

Belief in chakras isn't a part of hoodoo, which is an African-American folk magic system with roots in Protestant Christianity. So I couldn't really tell you. Perhaps there is an oil in that tradition that would be better suited for this purpose?

Hello!

I've been dealing with very similar problems to the previous posters on this thread. I am now one month into my depression medication, so that area is being taken care of. I am moving in a month and need to get to work setting up a job ready for me once I arrive. Money isn't a problem at the moment, but it is certainly limited with no source of income. This is causing a lot of scarcity fear. There are more bad days than good where I just can't push myself to work towards success and do what needs to be done. There is an anxiety or fear block, a sense of dread over doing anything that would bring me progress.

I think you have a great array of products here that should really help you! The only change I'd made is I'd add an herbal bath to the mix such as 13 Herb Bath and use that first, then use the Fan Soap as a sort of "maintenance" measure to keep the work going after that. Hi everyone! I'm learning a lot just by reading the forum but I'm still not sure what to do in my situation. Hopefully this is the right place for this question!

I'm at the cusp of a career change, which I have known for some time. The company I'm at right now is moving towards a paperless existence and as they do more and more my job becomes unnecessary. I'm not upset about this. Who doesn't love environmental consciousness from a corporation? And, while on one hand I've enjoyed this job, I'm ready for a new challenge. There is a small chance my boss might decide to train me for a new position but I'm not sure even she knows how she can approach this. She's been doing her best to fight for her people to keep their jobs by shuffling us around but there's only so much she can do.

That being said, and sorry this post is so long, the employment option waiting for me when this one ends is a wonderful opportunity to get way out of my comfort zone and grow and make a lot of money doing it. The problem is that it involves working for my dad. My relationship with him is good but he is not easy to work with, especially when I have no experience in this field and therefore no frame of reference to what he's talking about. He is also terrible with money, and the company currently employing him as a subcontractor has a history of paying him late or only half the agreed amount. I believe I could excel at this job and eventually help grow the business and work with different companies to avoid any future non payment issues. But for the start, I can only be successful if he is successful, and if he doesn't get paid, neither will I.

I could say f it to working for my dad and find another job, but working for his company would pay about 4x more money than I usually make so obviously I would like to give it my best go. Even if it only works out for a short time, it would be a much needed boost.

So, I guess the questions are

1. Should I do an unblocking or a money work for his business, or for myself, or all of the above?

2. Or would something else be more helpful in this situation?

3. I would also take any mundane life advice if anyone has any as this has been rattling around my brain for quite some time.

I would say to start with some Road Opener work, because it's always good to start with Road Opener work when you're dealing with changes like this:

I have read through the posts in an attempt to make an informed next step. My goal is to create a plan for moving forward personally and professionally. Here are the items I am thinking about purchasing:

I have scheduled a reading for later on this month. I'm afraid that I need to start working on this now given some strong signs I've received from spirit.

Hi everyone--

I received a reading on the radio show and some awesome 2-part rootwork [my autocorrect is always wanting to change this to "footwork," which I believe is a whole different area

] advice from Conjureman Ali. I completed the first portion, and I posted about it in the "Uncrossing" section of the forum.

Last night I performed the second of a series of seven days of spiritual baths customized to my particular situation. I must say that I feel a major difference already! I run the warm bath water until it's about ankle-deep and add the ingredients afterward. The bath is comprised of althea leaves, Queen Elizabeth root and angelica root brewed into a tea and poured into the bath. I added 7 drops of LM Van Van oil to the bath after pouring the tea into the water.

I found the best way for me to brew the tea is based on a technique I gleaned from an herbalism course, which is to place the herbal/root ingredients in a coffee press (I got one very inexpensively at IKEA). I bring water to a rolling boil in a kettle, then remove the kettle from the heat to let it cool for a few minutes and slowly pour it into the press with the herbs. I let that steep while I begin running the bath water. I press all the herbs to the bottom of the press, then pour the tea into the tub. The roots are in powder form, so they're not going to stay in the press, but that's ok because they're fine enough to go down the drain and not turn the tub a funky color.

I add the Van Van oil last and swirl the water around to get it all nice and mixed, then I follow the instructions for washing upward while reciting the scripture. Since I'm standing and having to wash in an upward direction, I have a pitcher in the tub with me to help me scoop up water, then dunk my hands into the pitcher to take handfuls of water to splash on and rub upward. The pitcher is also useful after the bath is finished because I can fill it with used bathwater to throw onto my front porch (per instructions).

This is the first time I've ever taken spiritual baths. After the first bath, I noticed that I was really looking forward to the next one. I had a feeling of peace that I haven't felt in a very long time. When I considered the logistics of the bath (standing, washing upward, etc.), I suppose I didn't hold any expectations on it making me feel "at peace" like soaking in a tub of hot water might. But there's a difference between being "at peace" and being "relaxed." The bath is an active process that's bringing about real, tangible changes.

I'm sure this is something that most of you probably already know, but I thought I'd share anyway for those newbies like me who are considering or were recommended spiritual baths for the purposes of moving forward, breaking blockages, empowering, etc. and aren't sure what to expect.
